love love love the Privado area at the Fairmont Princess!!! it’s a 3-5 minute walk from the main lobby but the rooms were 5-star and it was actually quiet over New Year’s Eve. They threw an amazing NYE celebration as well! the staff were lovely, the grounds beautiful, there were always golf carts available to shuttle us back and forth from our casita. Their Christmas set up was fabulous with ice skating rink and lights everywhere. The pools and hot tubs were heated and enjoyable. we will definitely stay here again!

People were all super friendly and helpful. Bell staff were great! 5. The head of line privileges for staying at the resort (helped us enjoy full value of paying a serious price :-)
